Casa Carmeli

A place to come home to.

Casa Carmeli is a residential community with independent senior apartments, for those who want to go on living independently.

In the quiet surroundings of Vogelenzang, Casa Carmeli gives you a home of your own while being part of a welcoming residential community. You keep your independence, your own rhythm and your privacy, and you live alongside others.

Your own home

Each apartment is a place of your own to live in, with room to make it your home. You furnish it to your own taste, run your own household and live your daily life in your own way.

The apartments are suitable for one or two people. They are about 50 m² and have a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Pets are welcome, under the applicable conditions.

Casa Carmeli is not a nursing home or hospice, and does not provide professional medical or nursing care. If you need home care, it can be arranged separately, tailored to what you need.

Living together, yet independently

Life at Casa Carmeli combines privacy with the chance to live among others. Every resident has their own apartment and their own rhythm; in the shared rooms you can meet each other and spend time together. Among other things there are guest rooms, a library, a room for physiotherapy, a billiard table and a spacious, sunny conservatory with a terrace.

The four-and-a-half-hectare estate invites you to walk, to enjoy nature, or simply to unwind close to home.

Applying

Casa Carmeli is intended for seniors who can live independently in an apartment of their own, and who meet the admission criteria.

At the moment (October 2026) there are 4 apartments available.

Admission follows a fixed procedure. You can get information about the admission criteria, the application procedure and current availability from us. An available apartment does not automatically mean that a new resident can move in: admission always follows the established criteria and procedure.
